Bradstow Villa is a charming 4-bedroom detached Home bursting with personality. The heart of the home lies in the bright modern open-plan living space, combining a state-of-the-art kitchen with a generous dining area and a cosy lounge with wood burner. A second wood burner is the focal point of the traditional lounge filled with antique furniture and original paintings. There is a family bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor with a utility room off the dining room with a washer and dryer.
On the first floor there are 3 generous, beautifully appointed, double bedrooms with a further children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a cot. There is a jack and Jill shower room off the master bedroom, also accessible from the hallway.

Guests will have fun exclusive access to the entire property, excluding the ground floor office, linen store on the 1st floor landing and the loft space.

The house is packed with original artwork including various portrait painting by local artist Matt Penn (Please note these are not portraits of the owners, but carefully selected subjects selected by the artist)

The Garden features two wonderful fish ponds with an abundance of wildlife including Koi Carp. The rear pond is surrounded by plants and a low level fence, however we ask that children are supervised at all times as the water is deep.
