Harmony Hills is an ethical, family-run property management company, specialising in design-led holiday homes. We only operate in East Kent, where we provide a hands-on, bespoke service in an area we know and love.

We love helping our clients maximise the income potential of their second homes or property portfolio and by marketing to a higher end clientele, we aim to bring respectable and considerate visitors into the area, to benefit local businesses and to help build a sustainable hospitality industry.

1. Property appraisal

  • We visit your property and discuss the best options for listing and how to maximise bookings 
  • We then prepare a cost projection sheet to give you an idea of booking returns and income
  • Once you give us the green light, we prepare a contract for you to sign and we are good to go! 

2. Setup

  • We setup your property for you and suggest any changes to maximise your return
  • Harmony Hills can arrange any small works required, such as installing a key safe or a fire blanket
  • Arrange for professional photography
  • Agree a pricing strategy for your property
  • Prepare written descriptions and amenity lists for your listing
  • Prepare content for your exclusive digital guest guide
  • Produce a fire risk assessment
  • Advise on appropriate insurance

3. Launch 

  • List your property on multiple booking platforms along with our direct booking website
  • Launch your property on our social media channels
  • Boost posts and create social media ads (optional)
  • Provide login details to your own property dashboard

4. Manage 

  • All guest communication is managed by Harmony Hills
  • We hold keys and will check in on the property on a regular basis
  • Harmony Hills will arrange for all changeovers including fresh laundry
  • We can arrange and carry out any maintenance or repair works
  • Ordering of all consumables such as loo roll is all taken care of
  • We can arrange for any maintenance or repair works to keep your property in tip-top condition
